Hi, I’m Patrick Nowicki. I graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 2010 with a major in Software Engineering and also a minor in Spanish.  I’m currently working as a software developer for an organization called Navsea.  Outside of work I develop web sites and run this blog.  I enjoy making new web designs and working on anything related to software or graphics.

Some of my hobbies include playing the guitar, Xbox games, web design, watching the Green Bay Packers, and finding new music.  I like playing rhythm games such as Rock Band, and also first person shooter types such as Halo or Call of Duty.  As for music, I’ll listen to (almost) anything, but primarily songs leaning towards the rock side.  For example, Metallica, Rise Against, Linkin Park, and so on are all pretty solid bands.

Delving into other forms of media, I do enjoy a good movie or show.  Some of my favorite TV shows include The Office, Lost, Battlestar Galactica, How I Met Your Mother, South Park, Psych, and Mythbusters.  Some movies that I like are Inglorious Basterds, Get Smart, Iron Man, Pirates of the Caribbean, the Die Hard Series, and the Matrix movie series.
